The core of my therapy practice is grounded in evidence based interventions borrowed from psychoanalysis, narrative building, body work analysis, acceptance & commitment based therapy and gestalt approaches. I adopt a non- directive and process interventions framework. These are pivoted into client needs and therapeutic processes as well as the shared therapeutic alliance. I am schooled to work with an eclectic framework while staying informed with the most recent research and development in my area of expertise.”
